Work experience: Jo-Ann completed her high school career at JJ du Preez in Parow in 1985. She then held a position as Receptionist and later as Marketer at Auto & General in Cape Town. In 1991 she moved to Worcester and worked as a Graphic Designer for a few years. In 2007 she had a brief stint as Claims Clerk at Libra Brokers, then joined Hermitage.
