Work experience: Theo matriculated from Paarl Gymnasium High School in 2007 after which he completed his commercial diving certificate. In 2009 he began his studies in Marketing Management at Boland College, Stellenbosch. Theo joined Hermitage in 2011 as our first Intern Student. His 18 month internship was so successful that he was offered a full-time position.
